Nick, I am Gerardo Garcia, founder and president of the Hope Foundation for Children with Diabetes Mexico, We started the foundation because my daughter Melanie was diagnosed with DM type 1 in 2005, now she is 15 year old, We are making 4 educational camps and we helped nearly 200 children and youth with diabetes as well as their families.
